We love this squid ink spaghetti. We know it's Italian, but it fits into our Spanish influenced kitchen very well. Made with the durum wheat semolina, water and fresh black squid ink turning it into a gorgeous, dark hue and infusing it with a light salinity that pairs perfectly with shellfish.
Or are favorite is a quick tomato sauce, a can of tuna, some crushed olives and capers and you have a delicious and striking looking meal in literally as long as it takes your pasta to cook.
