This wine is and remains one of our absolute best sellers.  It is priced right, and delivers incredible fruit freshness with a bit of spritz without being too sweet or too fruity.  It's a perfect wine to sip with a friend on the beach, the porch, the garden, on a picnic, or to have with a midweek pasta dish.  

This wine results from a rigorous selection of their best grapes: Arinto, Azal and Trajadura and is made with the perfect balance between modern technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized. All of this preserves a fresh fruit immediacy that is hard to beat at this price.
