Exciting Wine Club Changes as of August 2024

What Is Happening?

To streamline our operations and enhance your experience, we are transitioning wine club administration and subscription management into our website. This change will make it easier to manage your wine club subscriptions, update your credit card information, and make any necessary adjustments to your membership (such as vacation holds).

Key Changes

1. New Subscription Management: Starting August 1st of this year, all Wine Club subscriptions will be managed through a member subscription management platform integrated into our website. Prior to this date, you will need to transition your subscription to our new platform. The process is quick and easy.  It is simply the purchase of a subscription product on our website. Please see the “How Do I Make The Transition” section below.

2. Improved User Experience: The new system will offer a user-friendly self-service interface, allowing you to effortlessly manage your account, update your credit card, track your recurring orders, and make any desired changes.

3. Updated Pricing: Due to increased costs of wine, we will be adjusting our subscription prices. We have worked hard to keep these changes as minimal as possible while continuing to offer you the high-quality wines you love.  Please note that tax and shipping are added to the prices listed.

4. Updated Terms and Conditions: We have updated the Terms and Conditions for wine club membership. Starting August 3rd, store-pickup wines will be held for a maximum of 2 months, after which they will be shipped to you at your cost. We are also adding cancellation fees for new short-term memberships, but current members are exempt and can cancel anytime. Please review all Wine Club Terms and Conditions on our website.

5. New Club Choices: We are excited to offer new wine club choices.  The newest choice is our Blanco Y Branco club.  This newest offering will showcase two WHITE WINES from Spain and Portugal.  Long awaited, this club will be perfect for the white wine lover.  You can replace your current club or add this club to your current club. Our new Gift Membership and 3- and 6-month term memberships are perfect for gifts to friends, family and co-workers.

How Do I Make The Transition?

To sign up for our new platform:

  1. Select the club you want to re-join by clicking the respective tile below. This may be the club you are currently subscribed to, or a different club if you feel it’s time to upgrade or downgrade. Note: Mariner’s Society members will get a separate invite to rejoin at the end of August.

  2. On the product page, add the club subscription to your cart. Note: If you are currently a multi-club member, you can visit each subscription page, adding each to the cart and check out all at once. Each club remains a separate membership you can change or cancel at any time.

  3. Check out, entering your name, address and choose the store pickup or shipping option.

  4. Pay securely using a credit card you want to use for the ongoing subscription. You will be charged when you join and on the 1st of every subsequent month, except for August (this payment will be skipped since you are charged at signup).

  5. You will receive a welcome email with a link to your new member portal
