Idiazábal cheese, originating from the Basque Country, is made from unpasteurized sheep's milk and often smoked, giving it a distinctive flavor. Its firm texture and rich, buttery taste with hints of smoke are best enjoyed with robust red wines or dry, fruity whites. Idiazábal is excellent with traditional Basque cider or cherry preserves to accentuate its smoky nuances. Learn about other Spanish Cheese here.
We love Chorizo Bilbao! My husband's paella wouldn't be as fabulous without this delicious chorizo. We love Spanish Table!
Delicious wine consumed on a Friday end of Summer evening. I don’t have the lexicon to truly do it justice so simply try it. Nicest Portuguese wine in a while!
This is a great wine. My first time trying it was at the Hyatt Miami Beach over November 7th weekend. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and I don’t really like dry wine, so I asked the server if they had any suggestions for a good sweet wine and this wine is what she brought me. I Love it. Ordered immediately. Will order more soon.
I am new to the club but so far I really like the variety.
A perfect complement to our Hora de Vermut
