The Rainwater from Justino Henriques is fairly pale in color for Madeira and is dry and bright. Lighter body with a note of salted almonds.

While a tad on the pricy side, they were shipped quicky and went into my pasta with calamari in a squid ink sauce which was hugely successful. The recipe is a keeper for me.
