Rich with flavors of garlic and smoked paprika, but not at all picante. Chorizo Bilbao is SEMI-CURED so it needs to be cooked before serving. 6 links, 1-lb pack.

What happened to the quality of ST items from Seattle store ??
I love to make Paella, and I enjoy Spanish wines to accompany them. While I often stop by the Berkeley store to pick up Valencia rice, saffron, pimenton and other essential ingredients, I shopped on line for the first time a couple of weeks ago. When I stopped by the store they had two bags for me; one of refrigerated items and a second with the rice and spices. I also picked up some appropriate wines. I love The Spanish Table!
