We are constantly asked what is the best way to flip the Tortilla Espanola (Spanish potato omelet) and our go to option is this wonderfully decorated plate (with a built in handle to hold it steady). Flip the tortilla, then slide it back into the pan to finish cooking. When it's done, flip it back onto the plate, cut and serve.

Hand-thrown and decorated by the artists at Manzano Garcia in Lagartera, Spain (Toledo Province). They are a small, family-run ceramics studio with decades of experience and a deep love of their craft. As each artisan has their own personal touch, patterns will vary slightly from the photo and each other.

Excellent products

My personal favorite of all chorizo

I may be somewhat partial to Soria to begin with, but I really think this chorizo is the best of all. Very well packaged also, which means it stays fresh for quite some time if you only can have the discipline to eat a few slices at a time.

Rey De La Vera is an excellent line of pimenton varieties

We've been using the Rey De La Vera pimentons (both Dolce and Picante varieties) for years. We aren't daily consumers of them, in fact we only finished the last cans of them after six or seven years. Even so, we like them well enough that this was the brand we came to at once: why tinker with success?

¡Fabada Fabulosa!

I lived in Spain for 10 years and discovered Fabada early on. It became (along with Cocido Madrileño and callos) my favorite dish. This brought back many happy memories. The quality of the meats and the exquisite taste of the morcilla and chorizo really made the dish sing! I will definitely recommend this to anyone and will purchase again.
