This is a delectable new creation by Jose Gourmet:  trout in a very light, mild curry sauce.  The trout is tender and flaky, buttery almost, and the sauce is a very mild, pleasant curry.  The two together are an epic delight.  These are so good, you may just want to have them on their own, with small squares of lightly toasted white bread.  In the end, you will find yourself sopping up every last bit of the curry sauce until the can is as clean as when it first entered Jose Gourmet's very small artisanal cannery.
