Matiz Catalan All i Oli is one of those little things that make a big difference. Rich and creamy, with "just enough" but not TOO much garlic, in our humble opinions it tastes good on everything. Roasted veggies, fish, and seafood paellas are all especially delicious with All i Oli on top. Is it good on asparagus and artichokes? Yes. Tortilla espanola? Yes! You get the idea.
