Cazuelas are kiln fired at 2000° and are brittle when new. They should be soaked in water for six hours prior to use for the first time. They must be immersed in water rather than filled with water as that can cause the glaze to craze. If you live in a very dry climate you may want to resoak occasionally.
Once their moisture content is restored, they can be used over direct flame (gas or electric range) on low to medium (high heat not recommended), in the oven, or in the microwave. Start them with the burner on low heat. When the rim is warm to the touch, you can turn the heat up.
They may be washed in the dishwasher if they are placed so the rims do not bang against another dish as this may cause chipping. The cazuelas are durable if given minimum care & not subjected to abrupt temperature changes.
Another excellent spice blend that we used to make spicy nuts where we combine mixed nuts with olive oil, sesame seeds, and a generous portion of the spice blend
The very best and easiest to use to meet your blend we’ve ever been able to find. We use it all the time on our trout and salmon and sometimes with different vegetables like brussels sprouts
An excellent and slightly sweet spice blend that is always delightful
Another unique space blend we used to cook in different vegetables, including brussels sprouts and relatively strong greens like big greens and baby kale
Excellent unique spice blend. I find it really wonderful on different types of vegetables.
I ordered jamon serrano, chorizo, salchichon, and vermouth. All were excellent. My friends were very impressed with the taste and quality of all the products. Nice to know that I can get authentic Spanish products smoothly and easily delivered to my door.
Loved them , I used them in Martini’s and they were great , love the cheese and the olive juice was not too salty like most olives are
Always excellent and delicious
I've been drinking La Ina since my grandfather introduced me to it in the 1950s. It is the best fino on the planet--bone dry; it's the perfect apertif. None of the stores in my city carry it any more, so I am grateful to you.
Love this piece of equipment, and it's so classic and beautifully designed.
The chocolate is delicious and I was well pleased with Spanish Table!
Great chips! Thin, crisp and well seasoned
Very nice the Jamon does bring back fond memories of the afternoons in a cafe in Spain. Thank you
I love these- have them in just about every size you have! Discovered them when we lived in Spain several years ago and am so pleased that you have them!
Always arrive well packed and safe! Thank You!
Perfect for tapas!
Delicious wine consumed on a Friday end of Summer evening. I don’t have the lexicon to truly do it justice so simply try it. Nicest Portuguese wine in a while!
