The "souffle" variant of Turron is new. A new addition to traditional flavors, this flavor is a variant of Turron duro (the hard nougat) that is air fluffed to add softness and then caramelized on top by heating it. It is soft and crunchy all at the same time. This is a small gift bar. We also sell a box of 5 round tortas of this kind of Turron.
This delicious Spanish Holiday sweet is made by artisan Turron maker Vicens in Catalonia's Agramunt village. Turron from here is so unique, in fact, that the village has received its own IGP label, meaning a protected status of origin that cannot be imitated. We only import this once a year. This year we flew in our Turron via air freight. It landed 🛬 on 11/25, so it doesn't get any fresher than this. Get it before it's gone.
