Acorn‐fed 100% Iberico Paleta Ham bone‐in. This amazing product lets you enjoy the rich, artisanal flavor or the Iberico pork meat at a significant discount over Jamon Iberico. The paleta is the front shoulder, and to us, it often tastes richer and has better marbling than Jamon. In the grand scheme of Iberico products, it's just not considered as fancy as the rear leg ham, and means you can enjoy it a lower price. This is a bone-in product, which requires a ham holder (jamonera) and carving skills.
NOTE: The price listed for this item is based on the average weight of hams, which is ~11lb. Each ham is unique, and once you have placed your order, we may either refund or ask for additional payment based on the actual weight of the ham. Price is $52/lb.
