So, true confessions. Our grocery buyer loves Spain and loooves tinned fish, but she's not Spanish. Her father is Peruvian. So when this line came across her desk... well she had to try it. And she liked it. Then our wine buyer (and resident super-taster) had a can for lunch and did a little happy dance. So yeah. These are good. Very good.
Truthfully though... this one made her pause. She grew up with quinoa as just "food", not as a "superfood". Still. She tried it. And you know what? She liked it. It totally works, making this little tin a complete meal as-is. And that sprinkle of pink Maras salt?
