This clay tagine needs to be soaked in water for 24 hours
before it's first use. Once that is complete you can use
it on the stove top or in the oven to make rich Moroccan
stews that can have anything from lamb to fish to
vegetarian with garbanzos and couscous. The extra large
tagine holds approximately eight cups.
