Love it! I am from the Basque Country...so Iike it a lot!. It is a flavorful, cured thin sausage with a slightly spicy kick and a rich, smoky taste. Its tender texture makes it perfect for grilling or frying (brunch with eggs!). Ideal for tapas, it's a must-try for fans of bold charcuterie.

I'm trying to consume more SMASH - salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines and herring - and purchased a variety of these tinned, mostly small predatory fish, from a variety of purveyors. This tuna, though not a member of the above group of fishes, has proved to be one of my favorites, aside from the sardines with lemon.
These olives are prepared just differently enough to be delicious. The brine is not harsh and vinegary like other olives. The Spanish Table shipped them promptly
This is a great company. I’ve never bought from them before. Excellent customer service, great packing and shipping, very fast delivery. Will bit from them again.
While a tad on the pricy side, they were shipped quicky and went into my pasta with calamari in a squid ink sauce which was hugely successful. The recipe is a keeper for me.

It’s definitely not for everyone, but if you like tart notes (in everything!) you will love this chocolate. I buy it every year.
