Valdespino Tio Diego Amontillado is from the same single vineyard, Macharnudo that their famed Inocente Fino comes from. It is aged until the flor naturally dies off and is lighter in color than many Amontillados that spend more time aging without the flor.Dry and focused with enticing mineral, smoke, toasted almond, yeast and distinct salinity that makes this hard to stop sipping on. Great length and finesse.
