This superb cava, made from Macabeo, Parellada, and Chardonnay, and aged for a minimum of three years before disgorgement, boasts a rich, toasty, and full-flavored profile with fantastic length and balance. It has a brilliant yellow color, deep clean fruit aromas, hints of vanilla, and a mature yet crisp finish.
Vilarnau Brut Reserva Cava is packaged in a Trencadis Edition Gaudi Sleeve, inspired by the Catalan architects Antoni Gaudí and Josep María Pujol. The design reflects the "trencadís" mosaic technique, characterized by the use of broken ceramic fragments, a hallmark of the modernist movement in Catalonia. This artistic approach connects the winery with Barcelona's cultural heritage, symbolizing both a geographical and spiritual closeness to the city.
