These have been handpicked and naturally cured in sea salt, essentially pickling them. The pulp and rind are essential to Moroccan cuisine where they are used in tagines and salads. They also compliment any dish that benefits from a lemony taste.

Sweetest honey ever

I’m very fussy about Honey. When I accidentally discovered. Vila Vela orange blossom, honey in a little café in Santa Monica,I was hooked. it is sweet and clean and delicate. Some honey smells like dirty socks. This honey smells like a sweet orchard and it tastes so good.
