From Matiz Gallego, these tender baby sardines, or "Sardinillas" are harvested off the coast of Galicia. Their small size means their bones are far less noticeable than in larger sardines. The perfect "starter" sardine! Packed with sweet piquillo peppers, they're a lovely little meal all by themselves, straight out of the tin.
