Like a salami, this is another Dry Cured Ibérico Sausage from Fermin, but this cured sausage is known as Salchichón. The seasoning is very different from other Spanish chorizo and sausage - they use nutmeg and whole black and white peppercorns. As with all the Fermin products, this is a high quality sausage made from the legendary "Pata Negra" or black hoof pigs from the Iberian peninsula. A delicious and unique sausage offering.
