Lustau makes a large line of sherries and without exception does a superb job. The Don Nuno is off-dry and has nice finishing acidity to keep it lingering.

While a tad on the pricy side, they were shipped quicky and went into my pasta with calamari in a squid ink sauce which was hugely successful. The recipe is a keeper for me.
