Created in honor of the Moro Family Matriarch, this wine was created as close to all-natural as it comes. Save for some finish-filtration to achieve clarity, this 100% Tempranillo is fermented with only natural yeasts and uses no added sulfites. The result is as likable as any well-loved and respected family Grandmother should be. Round and warm, with coffee and licorice, and a hint of old-school funkiness from the natural processes and low intervention wine making. This pays homage to the region, a style of the past, and a family tradition all at once. It is thus a worth wine for any family occasion, especially one where you get to toast grandmothers present and grandmothers remembered.
