This Txakoli departs from the Txakoli norm and does not have added gas. It has the same lovely white flower and tropical fruit notes as other Txakolis, but a whole different level of mouthfeel, body, and weight. This is a stunning wine from a tiny vineyard (only 0.7 ha) and is an absolutely stunning wine.
