Verdejo as it once was—and as it should be. Organically farmed and bottled without fining or filtering, Lirondo is a vivid expression of the grape’s roots in the heart of Castilla y León. Fresh-cut herbs, green apple skin, and a touch of wild fennel ride alongside a stony, saline edge that speaks clearly of place. There’s texture here, a light haze in the glass, and plenty of zip—this is Verdejo with soul, not sheen.
