La Pivón is a handcrafted vermouth from Madrid, made with local herbs, Valencia oranges, and a base of Airén and Malvar grapes. A portion of each batch is retained as a “Mother” for the next. With notes of citrus, vanilla, and spice, it’s smooth, aromatic, and versatile. Named after Spanish slang for beauty, La Pivón captivates both palate and eye.
