Organic vinegar made from their Piedra Luenga Oloroso-style wine. Subtle mahogany color with amber, clean and very bright tones. Sweet aromas of ripe fruit with hints of aging. Pleasant and balanced on the palate, with 6% acidity.
Its deep flavor and full bouquet of aromas hints at almonds and hazelnuts. Brings a special touch to vinaigrettes, sauces, soups, salads, and marinades.
