Placed first in a tasting of eight wines from Rioja and Ribera, This wine from a region, just next to Ribera has a medium garnet color and a rich fruity nose with touches of oak. On the pallet, it is a ripe, fruity wine of intensity, but a surprisingly soft finish. It shows well now but should hold for several years.
I have enjoyed this wine for decades. It has never disappointed. However, the 2019 will have to rest a bit longer before I taste it.

If you favor martinis, either gin or vodka, the olives are the best! They are not fishy, they are subtly delicious !
Ordered these on a recommendation and these are wonder, especially in a martini! Mild lemon flavor. Also one jar came damaged but they were prompt on making it right. Would gladly order from this company again!
