Plump orange mussels are gently fried in oil, then packed in a spicy tangy vinegar sauce that lightly pickles them. Serve these as-is. You don't need anything but a toothpick and some bread to soak up the sauce. A true tapas bar classic. These are small mussels, densely packed in the tin. 115gr/4oz can
