In Tunisia, this condiment is known as Piment H'rouss, meaning lightly-crushed fresh peppers. Closely related to Harissa, which is made from heavily crushed dried peppers.  A spoonful of thisis the perfect way to finish a steaming bowl of couscous. Also a great match for egg dishes and anywhere you want to add flavor but not heat. Makes a nice non-spicy condiment to keep handy. ORGANIC.
