Lomo Embuchado 4 Oz. Sliced

Whole fresh pork loin is marinated in white wine & spices, then cured. The meat is left intact until the curing process is complete and it's time to eat. Absolutely delicious simply thinly sliced and drizzled with fine olive oil. Or tuck a few slices into good bread for an excellent little bocadillo. Made in the US in the Spanish tradition.
