Nassari Marinated Boquerones, 250g tray, 5-pack

Tiny fresh anchovies are cleaned by hand and marinated in a lightly salted vinegar dressing for 72 hours, gently "pickling" the meat. The marinade transforms the texture and brings out the clean, bright flavor of the fish. The fish are then filleted and packed with oil and vinegar to keep them fresh and lively. Keep refrigerated.
